And once again we are nominated for an award: After the ISPO Award, World of MTB Magazine has included our kommit® bike towing system in its Best of category. The magazine annually honors outstanding bicycles and bike parts with this.
In the mountain bike magazine “World of MTB Section” Product Special, the jury states: “Necessity is the mother of invention” – that was the impetus for Robert Rieger’s kommit® towing system development, to conquer even the steepest uphill climbs during bike tours with his children. Together with a product developer friend, the towing system was made ready for series production.
The kommit® can be mounted tool-free under the saddle on the trails, and the rubberized extendable rope loop can be easily attached to the stem of the bike being towed. When unhooked, the towing system automatically retracts.
We are thrilled about this nomination and are excited about everything the new year will bring.
